🌟 Property condition after the renovation (see pictures, ask for videos via WhatsApp):
 Access/Entrance (stairs exclusive entry): from the ground floor, restored hardwood staircase, holding
rails, doors, walls and roofing all the way to second floor.
 Painted all the walls in white including all the doors while the staircase is been painted in gray.
 Replaced windows, added tinted windows, replaced switches to the staircase light including the light
unit on the first floor.
 Replaced the hardwood floor in the kitchen and bathroom with marble and ceramic tales while leaving
the hallway and all other rooms’ hardwood floor to original design with a special paint to prevent its
corrosion.
 The sink cabinet, toilet and shower were replaced as well.
 The entire apartment was painted in white and added a little touch of “Art Nouveau” design to doors.
 All the hydro, water drain and electrical were replaced in the kitchen, dining and bathroom except the
electricity meter.
 All the interior property lights (including attic) were replaced with LED lights throughout the entire
property.
 With the exception of two doors (were replaced in 2005), all other doors were restored to its original
shape, painted in white and added bran new brown lockers (left only two original due to its 1900’
condition �` all other could not be fixed/restored to working conditions).
 Replaced 5 windows with 5 chambers thermal windows, including the apartment entrance skyline. All
other windows were restored to its original shape and design.
 Both bedrooms hardwood floor were sanded, refinished and lacquered to its original shape.
 The dining room and the kitchen is an open space while the walking through dressing room is accessible
from the hallway from the second bedroom.
 In some areas, I’ve added 3-5cm of thermal insulation and painted.
